Chet Atkins, właśc. Chester Burton Atkins (ur. 20 czerwca 1924 w Luttrell, zm. 30 czerwca 2001 w Nashville) – amerykański kompozytor i gitarzysta muzyki country, a także producent muzyczny.
Pochodził z farmerskiej rodziny z tradycjami muzycznymi. Wywarł ogromny wpływ m.in. na twórczość i styl gry Tommyego Emmanuela oraz Marka Knopflera z grupy Dire Straits. Przez wiele lat pełnił obowiązki kierownika artystycznego wytwórni RCA Records.
Krótkofalowiec, posiadał znak WA4CZD.
